Los Angles has a transformative history– from the native Mediterranean climate, rich agricultural past and ever-evolving urban present. Together, these elements become the catalyst for finding the flavor of the region that is uniquely and traditionally Los Angeles.
The name “Manisar” refers to the Tongva [Kizh] mythological deity of abundance and harvest– acknowledging the indigenous roots and diversity throughout the Los Angeles Basin.
