A cultural event that celebrates the native landscape and supporting indigenous businesses.
The Bloom Festival would take place outside the Bloom Garden, onto the streets of the El Monte Valley Mall, where the space is typically utilized for farmers markets. This event aims to partner with indigenous and local businesses in hopes to teach and engage people the enthnobotanical uses of native plants, therefore incentivizing people to plant more natives in their own gardens.
